The Days of Slovenian Tourism (DST) are the central expert event in tourism, which gathers all major partner institutions active in the field of tourism in Slovenia, for instance the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, the Slovenian Tourist Board, the Tourist Association of Slovenia, the Tourism and Hospitality Chamber of Slovenia, etc. The goal of DST is to enhance cooperation in the development and marketing of Slovenian tourism. In addition to various insights into the current trends in tourism, exhibitions and competitions, all the main annual events take place at the plenum of the Days of Slovenian Tourism, such as the 65th Hospitality and Tourism Council, the My Country – Beautiful and Hospitable event and the 21st Slovenian Tourism Forum. Moreover, all the important prizes in Slovenian tourism were given in Portorož from 8 to 10 October.
At that occasion, Arctur company received an award from the Tourism and Hospitality Chamber of Slovenia for developing the tourism of the future with the Tourism 4.0 Partnership. We are very proud to have received prestigious recognition for our efforts of transferring the technology of industry of 4.0 to the tourism sector while building an innovative collaborative ecosystem that promotes sustainable tourism and above all, encourages the collaboration between all key stakeholders in tourism. We will continue to strive to take the lead in the development of tourism 4.0 and create enriched experiences.
