Slovenia is among the lead countries in the field of digitisation, cultural heritage and its transfer in new tourist products. Under Tourism 4.0, we digitised over 100 units of cultural heritage in Slovenia, which were used for creating more than 30 new five-star experiences. This way the richness of cultural heritage is promoted in an innovative and visually attractive manner with the use of advanced technologies (holograms, VR glasses).
To present our work and achievements, we created a short movie that presents the process of some of the heritage projects and their results. The short movie premiere was presented in EXPO 2020 in Dubai in the Slovenian pavilion.
