the project
The project will provide a single point of contact in all four priority areas of Digital Europe Programme: Artificial Intelligence, High Performance Computing, Cyber Security and Advanced Digital Skills, while also offering technology services within Robotics, Internet of Things, Big data, Blockchain and Augmented / Virtual reality.
The modus operandi of DIGI-SI is to offer services and facilitate client journey throughout the circular value chain of defined S5 priority areas. Starting from enabling test before invest, skills and training, support to find investments, all the while serving as an awareness platform of the benefits and opportunities of the digital age. As a “first-responder” for digital emergencies, DIGI-SI has a customer centric approach with an emphasis on timely and efficient service delivery. Clients will be able to take advantage of features integrated into the DIGI-SI online shop, such as Academy, Virtual agent, supported by Live agents and Digital emergency hotline.
