The kick-off of TEMS, the flagship European initiative for the deployment of a common data space on the media industry, took place on 24th October in Bilbao. Among the attendees were representatives of 43 organisations composing the TEMS consortium, as well as stakeholders willing to learn about the evolution of the project and its mission.
The mission of the TEMS project is to redefine the way the media sector will be able to share and extract value from data, by a large-scale deployment of cutting-edge services, infrastructures, and platforms. This will lead to an economic development and growth of local and regional media ecosystems across Europe. Data is the new currency and data-driven businesses will shape the future.
