Alliance for Innovators and Researchers in Tourism and Hospitality (AIRTH) and Tourism 4.0 Partnership joined forces for sustainable and responsible tourism development in (post) COVID-19 world and initiated #TourismFromZero. Join us, share your problems and suggestions, and start re-building tourism from "zero to hero"!
We want to rebuild tourism for the future and are not interested in merely finding ways to return to the status quo.

purpose
The purpose of the initiative is to provide a one-stop-shop for problems and solutions surrounding travel, tourism, hospitality and leisure.
We want to:
- Hear from everybody that is negatively or positively affected by the recent drop in travel, tourism, hospitality and leisure activities.
- Analyse this feedback and post it anonymously and aggregated on this website.
- Collect from respondents and co-develop solutions from findings.
- Post solutions and best practices on this website for all. Solutions that work in Brazil might also apply to Austria and vice versa.
- Rekindle tourism, travel, hospitality and leisure activities in an economically viable and environmentally sustainable way.
Even more, each destination, city, region or university can ask for a unique #TourismFromZero survey codes to learn about concerns, ideas and solutions within their own communities; and share them with the whole world at the same time. See here the quotes that are updated every few minutes and elephant word-clouds, which are recalculated based on received feedback you select.
In addition, we are gathering your ideas of tourism for the future. So far, we collected over 200 ideas, which we will gradually publish to this voting list. You can vote for them or get engaged in the discussion of each posted #TourismFromZero idea.
