The Web3Tour Accelerator Program is a key component designed to support the growth of SMEs in the Cultural Tourism sector, focusing on equipping participants with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to enhance their sustainability and competitiveness in the evolving Web 3.0 landscape. Spanning six months, the program will offer a series of four main courses that are essential for business development and innovation.
The first course, Entrepreneurship & Professional Development, will provide foundational skills in business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and leadership, along with professional development modules to enhance personal and professional competencies. The Digitalization course will enable participants to incorporate digital technologies into their operations, covering digital tools, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, and data analytics to increase efficiency and market reach.
The Metaverse course will introduce participants to virtual and augmented reality, exploring how these technologies can be used to create immersive experiences in the cultural tourism sector. Finally, the Greening of the Value Chain course will guide participants in adopting sustainable practices, such as sustainable sourcing and reducing carbon footprints, to align their operations with environmental sustainability goals.
Following the training, participants will engage in mentoring sessions with industry experts, who will provide personalized guidance to help apply the newly acquired knowledge to their specific business contexts. The program concludes with networking events, fostering connections among participants, industry experts, and potential collaborators, ultimately creating a vibrant community of culturally focused SMEs.
