Together with international partners, Arctur was successful in the European Commission tender for the so-called "Data Spaces for Cultural Heritage", whose purpose is to stimulate the digital transformation of the European cultural sector. The two-year 5Dculture project will further enrich Europeana with 3D digital content (mainly from the fields of fashion, archeology and architecture) and demonstrate and encourage the use of 3D cultural heritage materials in other sectors – education, tourism and creative and cultural industries. In addition to Arctur, the Europeana Foundation, the Time Machine Organization, the Centraal Museum and the University of Jean in Spain also participate in the project.
