Within the framework of Interreg Slovenia-Austria Programme, an innovative CASTLE ROAD project is underway with the aim to research the history and culture of the included castles and manors from a scientific and tourist point of view, to actively connect castles in Slovenia and Austria, and to enable joint marketing. Eight online workshops took place to present examples of members' good practices and sharing experiences. At online workshop held on December 14th, Urška Starc Peceny, Head of the Tourism4.0 Department, and Matevž Straus, Head of the Heritage+ Programme, presented good practices and possibilities for the development of the CASTLE ROAD digital route through virtual storytelling.
