The potential for digitalisation of cultural heritage and the vision of the development of this field in line with Tourism 4.0 inspired the participants of the Western Balkans Summit Poznan 2019. It took place at the Poznan Summit, organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the Republic of Poland. Matevž Straus was invited there to present the Heritage+ programme and its activities at the Civil Society Forum, which is the platform for experience exchange and cooperation aimed at social innovators from the region.
